Upstate's North Country is Quebec, Jr. We make our poutine in the classic way: fries, a pork and chicken gravy, cheese curds. Poutine takes the bite out of any hangover. Vegan if you ask nicely.

Classic Western NY hangover cure. Homefries, house made mac salad, Rochester Hot Sauce, Martin Rosol hot dog, Upstate Single Smashburger, chopped onions, yellow mustard and ketchup all on one glorious plate.
Frijoles Charros, Chuckwagon Beans, Borracho Beans. Call 'em what you want. Smokey and cilantro-y and deeply satisfying. Get a bowl if you're really hungry for $4 additional. Vegan if you ask nicely.
Pickle brined chicken thighs, carrots, celery and fries. Choose a sauce or rub to have them tossed in. Served with blue cheese or ranch.
Wings
We make ours like they do in Buffalo: extremely freaking well. Your choice of sauces: Buffalo, Hot Buffalo, Rootbeer BBQ, or breaded and tossed in an roasted Szechuan peppercorn, msg and salt rub. Served with our housemade bluecheese or ranch dressing.

Salad
Our take on the French classic featuring pickled boiled eggs, homefries, green beans, radishes, tomatoes, cleveland caviar, smoked trout, dusted with everything seasoning and tossed in a vegan lemon miso vinagrette (GF)
A caesar the Upstate way. Greens tossed with seasoned bread crumbs, parmesan and Caesar dressing.
Sandwiches
All sandwiches served with hand cut fries or tots.

Classic sandwich of Binghamton, NY. Lemon and herb marinated chicken thighs, grilled and served on an Italian hoagie with our house Spiedie dressing. Vegan and gluten free if you ask nicely.

A Buffalo original, we take 1/3 lb of house roasted prime rib, sliced thin served on a kimmelweck roll with horsey sauce and a side of house made au jus.
